How Do You Get Black Mirror effect on Rear Lights???

   Im looking on ebay at smoked rear lights as im thinkin of spraying mine just woundering how do you get the proper mirror shinning effect is it just lacquer??

   black light tinting spray
   
   15 quid from halfords for a can

   add a thick laquer coat ontop!

   you need to thin the paint down a lot too, are else they will be illegal, think you have to see the reflectors, just use paint thinners or even laquer
   
   have a look at simons_vtr
   
   then when your finished put a coat of laquer over it

   if you mean like this mate! then its plenty of laquer!!
   
   and these are legal, as part of the reflector hasn't been sprayed!

   even if they do cover the reflector you can get round this by sticking onto the rear lights small reflectors for the MOT! they can then be taken off again i you like lol
