sand it down, prime it again and sand and then put your paint on. did you use lacquer? make sure its lacquered.

u need to prime it first so the paint will stick to it well, and halfords and or diy shops will sell it.

halfords mate, anywhere sells laquer. you need to read up on how to spray stuff. i would suggest doing the vents again if you didnt prime and laquer them either. read a thread on spraying stuff properly.

yeah, sand it all down, give it a coat of primer, sand that and prime, then sand lighlty. then spray your colour then lacquer. will give a better quality finish.

yea, it means sanding it all off again. you can get a paint thinner to loosen it up before you start sanding and i'm sure you will have no problems getting the old paint off especially if you didnt prime it or laquer it. it'll be worth it in the end.
