Sparco Strut Brace and Bushes

   Hi Chaps and chappess
   
   Been looing at strut braces and was thinking are they really worth it? Has anyone got one?
   
   Also, if I went for a brace would it be worth changing the bushes to powerflex ones as some chap at work was harking on about them? If so which bushes do you change?

   Apparently strutbraces make a difference, can't say I've noticed too much but I have had loads of flex round my front end so I guess it helps!
   
   Bushes - Do them. Wishbones are the most important I think, though I did all mine in one go so can't give a qualified opinion

   go on ebay for a strut brace they are far cheaper, bush's are a very good upgrade i think 1 of best things i did to my car

   strutbracer does a top and bottom brace for 70 quid i think.
   id get bushes first though mate!

   I just have a raceland upper brace, makes a slight difference, but rest of the suspension etc is still standard

   I got upper struct brace on my VTS, made quite a difference wanna get it lowered soon dont no what suspension to buy go anyone help cos i wanna lower the car 35mm but dont want just springs.

    yep. even more so if your givin it some round corners, on or off the track. standard bushes are soft and will break up if not carefull. If you have strut braces it will stiffen the chassis even more so will put more stress on the bushes, so i would say bushes first

    id go for koni sports over the cheaper one which is about another 80 pound on top.
    otherwise you can have a set of billies which are around the 400 mark, maybe more depending on which kit you go for?
