For people like Bullit and Saxo180 and whoever else has a cage.

Could you answer a few of these questions please Thanx guys

When you fitted your cages did you have to remove the headlining?

I know this would generaly depend on the type of cage but on the whole did you, and secondly would you recommend doing it anyway if I ma thinking about fitting a cage?

Did you have your Cage Spray'd or Powder Coats?

I know Powder coating would be alot tuffer finish but would spraying be ok?

If I think of anything else I post it, Cheers

Im gonna get a cage later on this year aswell, hopefully one that you dont have to cut the dash either

Mine was powder coated (simply because I wanted a tougher finish.

Head lining had to come out and it is shoved right up against the sunroof surround (think that will be going soon)

It depends on the cage you get. Some are designed for use with all original trim in place, some are a little more hardcore!

You decided which one you fancy yet?

My cage was sprayed same colour as the inside (Seat Gunmetal).

New roof skin fitted, to get rid of sunroof hole, so no roof lining for me.....

Thanks for the advice guys, Ive had a work with Sarah Hart at www.cituning.lt.uk and we have been talking about the OMP half cage with door bars, now I was worried about the door bars catching on my door cards or seats but she advised that the door bars are postioned where you want so thats great news.

Im really gona check my mullars and almost 99.9% gona jump in and get one I reckon

I hope you have more luck with Sarah than I've had!

It took me a dozen emails, several phone calls and about 3 months to get some brake discs from them!
