Confused! Help!

   Hey guys
   
   I got a 2001 Mk 2 VTR, it need lowering!
   
   Wat process do i have to go through to lower my car?
   
   I know i need a lowering kit, was looking to ket a 40mm spax from www.europerformance.com, is that all i need to fit? Ive heard the torsion bar needs adjusting? Ive read the guide and some of my friends who do have car heards could definatly do it.
   
   Do i need to adjust the torsion bar the same drop as the springs will give me?
   
   Any advice would be awesome guys!

   You can lower the front with just springs or springs and shocks. The rear you need to adjust the torsion bar and if you want, fit uprated shocks aswell. If you're lowering for looks, you can adjust the torsion bar to whatever height you want (some people have it lower at the back than the front), but if you're doing it for handling then lower the rear the same amount as the front.
