cams, used or unused?

   does it make any difference to performance outcome if you fit a set of used/second hand cams compared to fitting brand new ones??
   
   used i mean buying from somebody else and not re-profiled cams. cheers

   as long as theyve been correctly run in, and arent scored or rusted to fuck, theres nothing wrong with second hand cams.

   im using second hands cams, have been for few good thousand miles with no problems.

   as gab said between the lobes make sure the shaft isnt scored much
