Dials not working

    Jumped in my car last night and the dials just stopped working. I think it was when I went over a small speed bump thats when I noticed anyway. The dials are all stuck like they would be if the car was idling. Revs stuck on 9 fuel guage stuck on half engine temp stuck at a1/4 and 0mph. Everything else works fine that I have tryed. Its not great at the min having to judge speeds etc. Any ideas?

    Take the battery off for half an hour. Make sure you have your radio code first

    if you take off the battery the radio will lock you out and require the code, unless its not the standard radio in which case your going to loose all your preset stations

    Worked a treat mate thanks. Yeah lost all my stations and my GMT. Any reason why that might happen or just another lovely extra on a Saxo?

    when you discconect the battery it will lose memory,just tune it back it

    The dials not working i wouldnt say was a common problem, taking the battery off always solves it though some electrical gremlins or something somewhere

    mine did this did that but then found out it was a dodgy fuse
