   How much does it total out to after u brought shocks, springs, got someone to sort the toision out + labour??

   to fit springs and shocks plus lower torsion= around £150 then add on what ever kit you have

   hour and half depends how stuck the torsion bar is tbh, if it comes out nice and easy it take much less time to do that than change front springs
