   sand it, prime it the spray with the back to black trim spray???
   
   or any other ways?

   should described it better, i want to return the blue part back to black.

   The problem youll have is that the other bits just black pastic, so if u spray it youll get one shiny new looking bit of trim and the rest will look dull. So you may have to do the lot

   Yer, have a go with really fine wet'n'dry and see what comes up from under the Blue paint.
   
   You should get back to the bare Black plastic if you go deep enough just make sure not to go too far and flatern the textured plastic. Make sure to use loads of water and dont go too mad

    Ohh btw back to black is just silicone spray to make black trim look shiney and new, its not paint.... ROFLTASTIC
