Knocking noise when going fast around a corner?

   It has been happening for a week or so now. But now I know when it does it. When I go around a sharp corner, for example a round about it will make a knocking noise. It sounds kind of muffled though, so I am not sure where it is coming from. Oh yea, it only does it when I am ragging it around the corner.
   
   It isn't an engine problem, as in a straight line I have revved my car right out and there was no knocking. I think this problem might be the CV joint or this driveshaft bearing which knocks from time to time over pot holes. I have jacked my car up on the front wheels and checked to see if a wheel bearing has gone, but thankfully it hasn't .

   I had the same problem, i had the wishbone changed and it solved the problem, whether you have the same problem i don't know

   i got a knocking its my droplinks but it only does it when im moving very slow and turning so maybe not your problem.

   Sound like you need to replace wishbones son. Or will have to soon.
   
   I suggest you go to a garage and let them have a look at it.
   
   Had the same problem with a friends 106. He also like to take it fast around corners and replacing wishbones solved this issue.
   
   Oh the engine soon blew up

   Sounds like drive shaft mate. Wishbone usually knocks once when going round corner but it yours is doing it all the time while you’re going round the corner until you straiten up then its more than likely your drive shaft

   id go with the shaft mate, if you get under the car you can lever the wishbone to check the bush's on it but its probly the cv

   Get the car on a ramp and check all three to be sure mate, from the sounds of it id say either shaft knocking or wishbone

   cv joint. iv had this problem on both my drivershafts. both replaced and it stopped knocking

   I have found the problem. It is a knacked driveshaft bearing. I will have to get this fixed before my car gets lowered on the 21st.
