Euro isn't necesarily about smoothing every pannel. If you look at the Golf/Audi scene it's all about the little details.
On a saxo you would have to start by slamming it on it's arse, probably on 14s or 15s and 8 inches wide.
You could then start to look at removing details like the badges, locks etc even the side badges and boot lock and ariel
Off the road you can remove your wipers for an ultra smooth front end
If you want to go full custom you could smooth the boot and badboy the bonnet, and give it a pastel paint job
There are so many variations of Euro that it's impossible to dictate what you should do, but remember it's all in the subtle details
I would say that the Euro look is swaying more toward a standard exterior look but going to town on custom engine and interior touches, hence the way most saxp users are reverting back to a standard look - Leckies car being the prime example
