   rite am sorry to say but am not to clued up as yet but i have a vtr mk1 an want to get a exhaust system but wanna keep my cat to save the hassle of puttin it bk in at m.o.t time, but wot exhaust parts will i need an will i notice any gains without a new manifold ...?

   first mate read the sticky above and then ask away also dont worry come mot time. go down to the garage before its due or before you change anything and see if its alright for them to pass it. they can write down they took it off when tested it to cover there backs and slip them a drink. someone will
