has anyone painted the whole plastic interior door panel?

   was thinking of painting the door panels. The majority would be black with a little red strip prehaps. has anyone painted it, just thought it would look a bit fresher for fcs????

   have a look at this car, look at his doors - they are a complete mess and i dont think you should spray them at all!!

   yep but i still doesnt look good. i think that you should just retrim the doors instead

   if u are going to spray the door cards then u will need to smooth them really and it should look ok.

   i really dont agree with spraying everything in paint, if it gets knocked its going to look shit and needs spraying all over again
   
   imo flocking or retrimmed is a lot better

   It will take a lot of prep work to make sure the paint takes to the plastic properly and so it doesn't flake off later. The cards will also need smoothing to remove the standard grain or it will look shit imo.
   I'm half way through doing my door cards, and in all honesty I wish I'd never bothered.

   im thinking of spraying certain areas of the cards but not the whole dam door cards i think that would be a little to OTT.

    i like the retrim and flocking look but never seen painted door cards that i like
