Has anyone put a japcan on a saxo before? I got hold of one a few weeks ago and it looks like it will suit it quite well and hopefully get a nice sound off it. It'l sit at an angle out towards the passenger side aswell. Gettin it fitted on tuesday, il post some pics and let you's see

#2You got a pic of the box?
-
#3if its a japcan im thinking of teh dont really look particularly nice on saxo especially the ones you can fit your head in.
-
#5what does it look like a bazuka?
Pics matey -
#6the piper ones look ok, furioal has one a think, cloud has an outward rolled piper, that looks good also but still love my magnex
-
#7Agree, 3.5 inch does look really good, i also like the look of the magnex, but i heard they sound the same as a standard exhaust until you rev/pull away?
Martin. -
#8well there about the same note until you rev it and it warms up mate, also depends on if its with a standard manifold or sports one
-
#9What about this?
-
#10i have a 4 inch piper slash cut with a remus centre section

-
#11The pic i posted should be fairly similiar then. Looks great nice car matey!
-
#12thanks buddy
-
#13Yeh must admit that 4" slash cut, looks mint

Martin. -
#14this was my old vtr with a 5". did look to big tho.
-
#15jesus! your not wrong lol

Martin. -
#16feckin hell looks ma-hu-sive lol
-
#17heya ive got a cybox japcan 4" and it sounds the tits and looks really nice is flush with the bumper so no need for cutting etc jap cans look ace you wont regret it : )
-
#18lol yeah 5 inch is way too big for a saxo
i actually wanted 2 before, well about a good 3 year ago now when i was into bodykits lol oh those were the days
-
#19japcan - just say no
-
#20my old 5 inch jap can

i have learnt since then though -
#21I prefer the exhaust like preds. It looks nicer IMO, big bore japcans should be left for something like the Toyota Supra.
-
#22mates got twin jap cans i think the are 5"
one on the left obviously
-
#23That black one is terrible looking. Do you not ask your mate what the hell hes thinking?
-
#24It's really not wise to put a jap can on a saxo in my opinion..... my first mistake when I bought the saxo was to put this 5 inch back box on, as I thought the bigger the better to be honest!!

But then I learned from my mistakes!!

-
#25I think 5" is way to big anyways i think the 3.5"-4" looks nice. Jungle Jims is ace, it looks much better when its straight and not angled.
-
#26thanks mate, mine is a piper 4 inch slash cut so it mean it doesnt stick out, the back of it is perfectly flush with the bumper
-
#28Love your zorst Jim, will definately consider that for my car!
-
#29Jungle Jim cant stop looking at the pic of your car i LOVE that exhaust really suits the car. You got a vid of it? Whats the sound like from it? Looks Lovely!!
-
#30I can't get any pics on just now im afraid guys, just happened to break a bone in my ankle (stumbling home from night out on sat) and i can't walk
But my mates gonna take it to the garage to get it fitted tommorow, so il get sum picks up with it on the car and let yous have a look
