   at a bodyshop mate, just show a picture of what you want and they will be able to do it, get a plate cut to size so they can work from that, basically its just sheet metal bent and welded on then the boot trim will be just a bit cut out then fibreglassed back together
   
   or they may of cut the whole bit of but out cut it to size then sheet metal either side

   jus had a rave through my fast car mags at his progress init , and its a fibreglass panel

   would be quite easy to make a fibreglass one, could just take the plate off, put some wax on to stop the fibreglass sticking then put some fibreglass on, chop a bit out of the middle and then fibreglass it together again, obviously take the boot off and lye it flat, any decent body shop will be able to do it though, may even use metal, id rather it be done in metal tbh
