GMC or Eibach springs???

As above, i dont know what to go for. Theres the 40 or 50mm GMC springs or the 50-55mm Eibach springs. Needed thoughts from people with them. For a few months they will be used with my current PI dampers but will be changed to billies in the coming months. What do you all think, what shuld i go for.

GMC are really stiff, Eibach seem better than standard for ride IMO so....depends what your after

    Looking for the best handling

    40mm GMC then

gmc will deffo need shortened dampers mate, if i went over big bumps they were not compressed and just slid up and down, big dangerous, search my progress thread you can see how short they were for a 40mm compared to 40mm spax!

where are you driving the car? Want it for track use then the GMC's may be better but the Eibach's are fantastic for a fast road combination where going fast and in control over bumps is an issue.

to be honest they will be used for fast road use with some track.

Kam would you say eibach with group n billies would be thw best set up? lower strut brace and bushes will be added aswell.

with group n billies you want custom springs or the gmc ones that come with the kit. you wouldnt be able to use the eibach springs with them. so it depends on what billies you get, depends how hardcore you want it

i dn think i will go for group n because to be fair i wont use the difference between them and sportline billies.

ill change the link in a min

With needed custom or GMC springs on group n's ent rite as i know jpsaxo is running them on normal springs

say that last bit again lol
  13. #13
Your sayin that i would need custom springs for group n billies but im 99% sure that jpsaxo has group n's with a stanard aftermarket spring

The saxo Bilstein sprintline kit actually has group N front dampers anyway so no doubt many people are unaware
