   from a 1.1 to an 8v? that 1.1 is an 8v, 1 in 1 out lol
   
   I'm thinking it'd be cheaper to buy a new car surely?

   if you keep the to the same ecu - single plug then it should be a piece of piss to fit. i dont think you have to change the loom either just get the new ecu unlocked. so it is a straight forward swap really

   loom, lump, box, driveshaft and any other stuff you can get with the engine
   
   Should be a pretty simple swap once this is done, but i would ask her whether she really wants this as insurance will be higher as its an engine mod and why not just get a VTR/S anyways for a few hundred more?
