Converting VTR wing mirrors

   just had a few ideas buzzing round in me head and i was thinkin.
   
   how easy is it to convert the vtr wing mirrors to the 106 electric mirrors and having the wing mirrors electric so i can then make a pod to fit tweeters into the inner base plate things?
