   Ive seen pics of peoples outer edges of their headlights in black. Is this a D.I.Y mod, or are they aftermarket headlights?

   Can someone do a guide on how to get them off the car the bottom bolt under the headlight is a pain in my ass to get out. like a locking washer behind it wont budge , and so the nut just keeps spinning
