   Its a base model bumper , i.e. 1.0 , 1.1 , 1.4 , 1.5

   Depends on the condition i spose, you could always go down and ask and haggle with them, i wouldnt of thought they'd turn you away over a bumper, and they've gotta be cheaper then the ones on ebay.

    Its worth a try, but i think all higher spec cars i.e: vtr & vts, go straight to specified breaker. Am not sure though.
