306 struts??

   Thia mite be a stupid question but just wondering if 306 front struts is the same as a saxo vts or 106 as i no saxo and 106s are the same.
   I can get hold of some 306 struts, so was wondering if there the same or not? i was thinkin they maybe stronger, plus they have bigger brakes then on saxos.
