Lowering Matched With Alloys

Ok so for the next few months im gunna just use the car for it looks until i get my promotion and start getting real performance parts. (cam etc.)

Anway less banter, atm im using 195/45/15 and wanna deck the VTR. Was thinking going 50mm GMAX springs on the front and then taking the torsion bar 45mm.

Roads are kinda fine around near me, no speed bumps for a few miles and not much country driving either.
So with 2 subs, 2 amps in a boot build will i be ok in regards to rubbing etc. Rarely have people in the back so thats not an issue. Just wanna make sure ill be ok without doing any arch work etc etc.

    Fank Yoooooo Sax-P!

Sounds okay mate, my mate has his decked 80mm at the rear, had 3 people in the back as well as a sub and it was fine. I'd say go for it mate! Good luck, let me know how it goes mate, I wanna do a boot build but dunno wear to start.

    Cheers

If you're eventually going to create a performance car out of it wouldn't you be best starting now and lowering it 30mm - 40mm as this will give you best handling for later on?

yep you should have no probs at all. i would go for 40mm although 50/45mm will look better but 40mm will be better for handling

get yourself a decent kit first, no point changing it again,

    also its cam

well the fitting isnt a problem, thats not gunna cost me a penny isnt exactly a big job. So decking it now and then changing it in a few months isnt much of an issue.
The issue is not having the cash atm to splash out on performance parts. So im just gunna get my cosmetic mods done whilst i wait for my promotion!
