Location of oil filter

    Hi guys just picked up the saxo today, and was gonna give it a service this weekend, but just had a quick look in the dark lol but i can't see where abouts the oil filter is, can someone pls shed some light on this for me, or maybe a nice liitle pick.

    Look at the bottom of the engine mate, its in the middle - sorry thats the best i can describe it

    put your head under the car from the front looking upwards and it will be pretty much smack in the middle near the bottom of the engine.

    was going to say, later mk2s are usually not on the block, what year saxo have you got??

    it could be you have a paper filter rather than a can thing. they are slightly trickier to locate i think ? year and model will help buddy

    looking at the front of the car, a bit to the left of the middle right at the bottom, under the manifold
