    i'm fed up now when it rains.
    what is the best aerial that i can change mine for.

    the 206 ariels look pretty smart or even a black bee-sting aerial will look good

    nope, this is a very common fault, i suggest you use some bath celant (can't spell it ) or something to stop the rain getting in

    yep, there is a thread somewhere that tells you ho to fix it. its the aerial base thats needs sealing up i think

    run a bead of silicone round the aerial base

    I wouldn't bother messing around with sealant... if your going to change the ariel for a different one, like a pug 206 ariel.. you can buy a complete new unit for £12 on ebay.. that includes the ariel, mount and fixings...
