Manifolds any good?

   I have a 2000 VTR, with exhaust system and induction kit, and my catalyst is off at the mo, im thinking of putting in a manifold, will there be any difference at all with the performance? and what manifold in your opinion is half decent? thanks

   yeh mate if you have a decent exhaust system, and manifold you should notice the difference look into a gmc or a raceland off www.kam-racing.com.

   do you have a performance manifold? what kinda extra performance you think il gain? i do have a good exhaust system....cost me fukin £300!

   i have a miltek stainless, but a much more popular optin is the gmc, or raceland mate

   with your miltek, have you hoenstly noticed a performance difference? and what are they? sorry for this bro....just dont know shit on engines eg!
