help with speaker panels

I'm spraying all my interior parts silver, have already done centre console, air vents, front speakers, fuse box cover and glove box handle.

Just not sure how to get the back speaker panels out of the back door cards, it's a 3door incase anyone was wondering.

I thought it would just be clipped like the others but its bloody hard to get them out and i don't want to snap anything.

Can anyone help please ?

you need to take the whole rear doorcard out, its all as one

do a search on how to take them out, its been said quite a few times
