HELP!!! aerial stuck on

   Ive jst bought a new aerial for my car but i cant seem to get the old one off does anyone know how to take it off?

   use some mole grips to unscrew it
   
   do you need the whole thing off ie base and aerial or just the aerial itself??

   Pop the interior light out and undo the bolt behind there

   couldnt get mine off either so put some wd40 on it,left it over night and came off no problem with some pliers

   mines stuck like, left the wd40 on overnight for a couple nights now, its stuck on =[ gona keep tryin tho =]

    WD-40 works, and pliers. Just becareful if its a stiff one that you dont lift your bung from the roof, because then you will end up with a leaky roof!

    had to use pliers on mine took a while for it to snap cos it had thread lock on it

    i had this problem, ended up getting a new ariel base and fitting that too.

    I ended up pulling the base off trying to get my aerial off, so am getting an aerial plug to replace it.

    mate just do what mine did, get a dodgey handbrake, let it roll VERY slowly into a 5ft ditch and then it comes off! and the trim :/ lol! get eastleigh fire service to come winch it out with no scratches! wat a night that was.

    got one from a scrappers that looked like it was rusted on, wd40 did the job.
