   torx bolts in the runners.
   the ones on the door side are bolted towards the door.
   t40 i think they are

   orange wires just need uncliping.
   i undid the bolts and pushed the seat forward so i could get under it.

   they aren't allen keys... torx bits are what you need.

    opposite of taking out, just make sure bolts tight...they could save ya life

    best to get yourself a good set of torx bits as nearly every car manufacturer uses them
    
    can have the seats out in about 10 mins max
