   cant really tell with the second one, im just assuming so because of the second one being black

   The first one looks like a Rallye wheel and the second looks like a normal steelie (as above).
   
   If you're wanting a set of 106 Rallye wheels, Peugeot believe it or not sell them for a very reasonable price. My mate bought some for his previous S2.
