should really declare things, nothing was said about mine when wrote my saxo off

If prepared not sure if manic motors will do it, why you need engineers report anyway i know plenty of people with lowered cars who didnt need one, i see why they might want one (make sure car is safe) but never heard of insurances actually requesting it

Yeh same here amte, I know stacks of garages that would lower the car without an engineers report. I haven't declared my car as been lowered, i think i may when it comes to the renewal. Try it yourself though if no-one else will do it. There are a couple of guides you'll find on google if you have a look.

    Cheers

when working for asbo motorsport i had to give a engineers report to someone after doing there torsion bar, basicly it jsut stated the the rear had been lowered, abit about the torsion bars and how i removed and rotated them and then a bit about the geomitry of the vehicle saying that the suspension was even both sides and improved handing, some more about the vehicle level and that its completely safe to drive and not lob sided etc....
