   i, how are you guys?
   i have just a few questions, whats de best manifold to gain top speed? it's de 4-2-1 or 4-1, if i put de 4-2-1 should i lost something in lowers? and whats the best size of de centre pipe?

   for mid to top end you will see better increase with the 4-1 manifold, the 4-2-1 is for lower end power

   hi mate,i just gota 4-1 manifold+sports cat from cituning+ its added 10bhp+ to my mk2 vtr and it was £400,not bad.had it wrapped aswell.well notice the difference
