smoked headlights

    does anyone no if my car will pass its mot if i was to spray the indicator cap black on my smoked headlights?

    If you use tinting spray and smoke them they should pass, just black paint they wont i wouldnt think mate. Why not just take out the caps completely and get some silvatec indicator bulbs, thats what im gonna do

    it has to flash orange so if it doesnt when you do it then it will fail mate

    as said some silvatec bulbs in do the job nicely

    thought that to m8, i could always borrow a m8s headlamps for the day of mot is i was to fail! is that just the bulbs in your headlamps or is it the plastic cover with the chrome bulbs behind? gota be chrome bulbs behind!

    And youve got the clear indicator lenses. Ive got the gay orange tinted ones the earlier mk2s came with, which is why mine are coming off

    lol a know the yellow ones look gay, i think its because of the bulbs blowing though am not sure, when they blow they make the lens look yellowish, may be a myth though
