   can u jus drop a vts engine straight into a vtr without changin any engine mounts?

   yes and no.
   
   you CAN make the 8v mount fit but you'll need to butcher it. i would go for the 16v top mount to make life easier, you'll need the bolts that go with it aswell.

   generally speaking if you get the engine the top mount will most likley still be attatched to the 16v engine so yes
