RACELAND PEOPLE! #7 power steering tank bracket

  1. #1
I am in the middle of fitting my raceland induction kit and i am having trouble fitting it between my radiator cap and and my power steering bottle. Even when i have moved the bottle across (like in the 'how to' thread) i still can't fit it in!

Any pics of others will help and any info. I am stuck!

    Thanks

    Emma

EDIT: anyone with a furio engine bay with one on?

    More pics:

This picture shows the amount of space i only have inbetween my radiator cap and the curve the other side near my light! I can't even fit my power steering tank in:

This one shows behind the slam panel and the holes/attachemts i have to work with.

What I did to fit mine is push the power steering bottle down and under the pipe next to it so it pop's up the other side of that. Then cable tied it out the way. It a bitch to fit an I made to bracket's to fit it. But the best thing to do is make a bracket to fit it to where the old air filter tubing was fitted to the siode of the engine block. Then make another bracket in a "U" shape and bolt it to the slam panel where the old scoop use to be. Then you have the U shape bracket kinda sitting inside the scoop keeping it up

The only two picks of the bracket I made up:

You can't see the slam panel bracket once fitted as it's tucked inside part of the scoop

    Hope that helps

Yeah thanks, i have just figured out to move the power steering tank where you have said.

Also the bracket that came with the raceland i am planning to use to sit straight under my scoop in the middle to hold it up.

I am just buying a longer bit of black silicone for the connection at the top, so the scoop can fit flush to the slam panel and abit of smaller silicone hosing for breather pipe
