Have one lined up that I really want but having read a few reviews the 2.5" bore is too much for the standard VTS engine and makes it laggy and poo lower down the rev range. Anyone have first hand experience of one on a standard VTS as I cant find a definitive answer!

#2Ive got one on just a bmc and gmc 4-1 manifold, still made 140bhp... wouldnt nock it. Love the noise so its all good

#3Nothing else bar breathing mods? I'll be getting a manifold in the future but will run standard air box. Just want to be sure before I commit to it!
When you fitted it, did it make a noticeable improvement and did low down power/torque suffer? -
#4had one on a std 8v. would i do it again YES.
it wasnt to ott like GASHley and other cheap shite and the car ran well with better mpg -
#5only really suitable for boosted or tb'd applications but will still work well on a standard car.but they are very expensive
