Paddle Clutches

#1
-
#2Depends what type of paddle clutch it is, if its just a sprung paddle clutch plate with a relatively soft cover (standard) it will be close to standard. If its one like the helix for charged applications and a 4 paddle solid centre clutch plate it is heavy enough and harsher, although still easier to use in traffic/on the road than other high performance clutches like the AP unit.

#3was lookin at a 4 paddle clutch, so sounds like okay for everyday use too
-
#4omp 1s are on offer at kam racing if you can wait until the middle of september for delivery, £100 they are. I have been looking at getting 1 too.
-
#5how much power are you running? do you need it?
-
#7not alot ryan a few lads over on rallye register have killed them with normal 16v with breathing mods
-
#8well its in the list of mods im gettin for the vts, but ill be lookin at 150-160 bhp
-
#9just need something that can handle my shiftin, got a wee trick for rapid gear changes but it kills yer average clutch
-
#10i ken mate, just take car of the omp seen them eat themselves pretty fast
