need a new straight through

    My de-cat pipe has finally worn through, i believe it is magnex, are these generally universal or will i need a specific pipe?

    Just to check, do you mean will any other exhaust fit or does it have to be a specific exhaust? and have you considered going for a powerflow system, as they will build it to your spec and it'll be stainless so you won't have this problem again!

    Cheers for your response, basically, i just need the centre section where the cat should be, the rest of the exhaust system is fine, its just cos im so low, where is scrapes it has worn right through now, it has taken 2 years so im pretty happy with the performance of the exhaust, although a custom pipe there would be great. what i mean is, can i just buy a de-cat pipe off ebay or will the fixings be in different locations and sizes.     The fixtures and fittings will be fine but the bore of the pipe may be different. You would be best off buying a straight through bit of pipe and then use reducers if the bore of the pipe is different, I wouldn't bother with ebay though. Just go and have a word with a local tyre and exhaust place or even a local garage and they could sort this for you.
