   yep, phase 2 headlights. take off the front glass and spray the insides them put them back together. search for it, i'm sure theres a how-to knocking about

   they have to be prised apart via oven, there s a guide kicking about, and it can be done on a mk1 saxvtr69

   wack them in the oven on a low temp for 5-10 mins then heat i knife up and use it to sprise the lense off, thats basicali it but look at a guide

   Dont put mk1 lights in the oven, use a hair dryer to melt the glue.

   be careful with a hairdryer, dnt force it apart and make sure the glues melted completely bfore taking it apart, i shattered mine
