Altenator Problem

   happy new year everyone!
   
   Right, my altentor belt snapped the other day so oviously replaced it but 2days later my ignitions gone tight which on start up makes the noise as if your turning the ignition whilst its already running also my power steering and heatings gone! lol
   
   Does this sound like the altenator needs replacing?
   
   Any help is appreciated Thanks!
