#25looks pretty much the same as williamanderson quoted, just took it off the bbq and cut in half, then put one half one side of the grille and the other the other sideQuote:Got a photo mate? only bbq grills i can think of have big gaps in the mesh?

#26cheers got the mesh done sprayed the outer grill posi blue but do i sandwich the mesh between grill N the black back or put the mesh on the back wen its all together
-
#27I cut up a old ironing board and used the mesh off tht for my grill lol, was a bit of hassle cutting the mesh off but it was better thn paying £25 and you cant even tell
lee -
#28you put the mesh on the back of the grill, and bend the end bits around so it fits snug.. then your screws should go in the mesh holes so it holds it in placeQuote:cheers got the mesh done sprayed the outer grill posi blue but do i sandwich the mesh between grill N the black back or put the mesh on the back wen its all together

#29got mine debadged and everyone keeps thinking some pikey has robbed the chevrons lol
-
#31I deslatted my grill, sprayed the grill gloss black, and the chevrons gloss white
I put the 2 halfs back together, and the mesh goes behind it, between the grill and the bonnet, sits flush, and looks great

(yes i know, needs lowering)
Dont forget to make a hole for the bonnet catch!
-
#32cheers guys guna try again wen my new mesh arrives with my 45mm eibach"s got me a posi blue mk so wil put pics up in few weeks wen i get it all done,,cant belive its hard to fit mesh not good at doing stuff like this haha trial n error eh :-)
-
#34lilbenchy9192 - remember you need a hole so you can open your bonnet on the bottom one
-
#36ahh ok fair play
-
#37looks a lot tidier i think without the need for the hole in the grille
-
