   what are they claiming to do, i know its a pocket fan in a bit of pipe and worth about ten pence on a summers day to keep the dog cool but im just curious as to the whole concept of what its supposed to do to gain performance

   The idea is proper super/turbochargers force air into the engine, most people know this, many young car owners arent too clued up and just get pulled in by the adverts. Theres nothing solid to back it up because its basically just a marketing scam that takes the piss out of the young and stupid lol
