Do a search buddy this gets asked quite alot, I believe you have to change the interior loom aswell, better off looking for a vts engine you can pick them up for a couple of hundred pounds now,

I have a 3plug vts ecu and loom if your interested

Youll need the interior loom, driveshafts and the rest is the same as a normal conversion.

you could drop your lom round the 3 plug motor and use your origonal ecu i think
i know you can on the 16v so you should be able to on the 8v

Yeh youd just have a few sensors missing. Or you can get your loom adapted visa versa.

why would he need to change shafts? they have nothing to do with the engine.
