is my rear axel gone

    Yeh looks like your axle bearing has gone mate sorry...cheapest option is to get another rear axle....unless its only just gone....cos mine had gone and i did god knows how many miles on it without knowing....and it messed up the whole are and bar...so i had tog et a new one

    Doesnt look excessive to me..

    Jack the car up, wobble the wheel and see if the trailing arms have play where they attach to the beam..

    Don't look that bad to me, i wouldn't say for sure that your axle is ruined.

    yes you can change the bearings....if you dont catch it early, then the worn out bearing start wearing out in beam and arm...thus fcuked lol...early tho shouldnt be any problems

    +1 to what he said. Mine was a lot worse than that when I replaced mine lol.

    New bearings dont solve the problem, if the stubb pins are marked / worn in anyway then its new beam time, as already said piggy123 refurbs them!
