   how the F*** do you pull fog lights apart? i just canny do it. i thinks its mainly down to me being fooking knackerd. ive tried them in the oven alredy and the havnt budged.

   leave them in a bit longer and get a big screw drive in between the back and the lens and twist it off it's easy

   the "glue" that holds the lens in wont go tacky is that normal? because ive got 1 off and its just snapped the glue lol

   i found i had the same problem mate. my headlights were easy compared to them. i just kept plising away at them and was slicing through the glue and it was snapping to. i had to use glue to put them back together.

   If it's not comming off it means that you need to heat them up some more to the point where they just slide off with a screw driver, put them back in the oven for 5 mins at a time and keep checking.

   its not working if i heat them anymore the plastic will melt lol

   The plastic shouldn't melt before the glue! :O If all else fails cut/break the glue bond and re glue it with Evo-stick or epoxy resin, they should bond them well.

   yeah when i attempted to do my headlights a while ago the glue wouldnt go tacky, and when i got a screw driver in to try pull the lense off it just went straight through the glue and left a big hole

    lol yeah i had that too... also where ive tried too hard to separate the lens while the plastic was soft its left a gap between the glass and the glue but ive filled it with now rock solid epoxy

    damn, i didnt force it i just used swearing and Time. lol.
    
    im going to fit them back in shortly since ive got a fooking cold and took the day off work.
