How low with lower strut brace

   I have a 2001 VTS soon to have B8's with 40mm GMC springs. Is it going to get on my nerves if I fit a lower strut brace?
   
   Has anyone got one fitted with a similar set up and does it catch all the time?

   I'd imagine at 40mm you'll be fine.

   i never put one on mine, was 60 front and 110 rear slammed vts ftw lol..

   my manifold is as low as mine so i might aswell though

   Alex, will you fit one on? I held mine up against the mounts and it sits about 15-20mm off the floor, so with weight it'll be even less. And i'm 10mm higher than you.

   im 60mm and mine catches every time i park on the curb at the end ov my drive but apart from tht it has never caught any where else

   its allready on the car im just going lower
   my mani is as low so ill hit that anyway
   tbh im unsure if ill fit the coilies due to the lb of the springs compared to the standard rear
   but there fucking low tbh

    fit a longer spring then man. im fitting 8" free length on my leda's

    a bit of heat i think should sort it or try a drift and a hammer. watch of for melting somthing
