16v Conversion Sticky/FAQ?

   Right, ive been through the search, premium member howtows and the faqs and stickies and cant find an FAQ or Howto on converting an 8v to a 16v.
   
   All i can find is young lads asking 'is it worth it' and 'how easy is it'.
   
   Im doing it, and i need a fair few questions answered.
   
   IS THERE a definitive thread or FAQ/Sticky regarding this conversion?
   
   Please dont just post a reply saying 'search.php' as ive done it.

   Thats the daddy, i was just serching 'conversion' and vtr to vts' in the engine section.
