How do you no when you need new discs?

basically as title says. its about time i change my pads but was wondering how i can tell how worn the discs are? not cracked or warped or anything btw just a bit rusty and crumbly round the edges
  2. #2
not to sure but there cheap so do them if you have the budget
  3. #3
if they are cracked or warped change them, otherwise fuck it.
  4. #4
    measure the thickness of them

look up the tolerance of the disc.

You can feel the lip of them when they are getting near the end of their life - not entirely accurate but gives you a good indication if they are shot.

rub your finger over the edge of the discs and feel for a lip or look for one.
If there is a large lip get them off and swapped. Best way is what raunchz has said above

Discs for the standard Saxo's are so cheap anyway, if you feel any lip I'd get them changed.
