Power steering gone :S

Hi guys,

so just been to asda, everything fine n dandy, parked up, went shopping, cane bak and....

Steering really heavy can barely do a full turn...

Is my power steering naffed or just need pumping? Or what else could it be?

Am I safe to drive as I got a 100 mile drive tonight :x

yes more than likely it is your power steering, you will be fine to drive it basically will be a non-pas car like the old cars lol, but if the pumps gone its gone so just drive it, and it will be safe as well should cost about 60 for a new pump and cheap to fit i fitted mine myself its straight forward mate

And could this have anything to do with when I do a full turn reversing for like a couple seconds I hear a massive crunk? Lol

Sounds exactlt like mine, just tried to do a 3 point turn and didnt succeed when i reverse i get the clunk too, what is it?
