where is PAS relay

   I have a 2001 vts, and the pas and heaters not working but all the fuses are ok, so just want to check the pas relay but have no idea where it is

   Hi,
   
   It's wired on the same section of loom as the PAS pump's electrical connector. Its either on the inside of the front bumper passenger side or it could be a relay hooked onto the main engine bay fuse box.
   
   It has a pin 4 connector and a diagram on it. Two pins operate the relay which then switch battery & earth through to the PAS pump.

   if the heater and pas failed at the same time its more likely to be a fault with the ignition switch thats well documented on here, will try and find a link for you

   As above, mandyslover has got it spot on, more than likely the ignition switch

   I think Citroen had resolved that issue by 2001 but I am not sure.
