hey all, so just had my torsion bar lowered by a mechanic, was fine when i took it for a test drive straight after, but then a couple days later im hearing a high pitched ting noise while im driving like every 10 seconds or so, usually when im cornering..

    anyone know whats up?

    Your arb could need tightening.

Follow this guide to tighten it.

Could also be the arb end plate securing bolt. They have a tendency to work loose and make a "ting" noise. They are only tightened to 25nm but should have loctite on the threads.

Tighten the rear anti-roll bar end plate bolts (there's one on each side). Don't go too tight otherwise you'll snap them, should be able to get 1/4 to 1/2 a turn on them.

That was enough to stop the noise on mine. If the noise comes back, then you can try the guide linked above - will pull the ARB tighter into the splines. Tightening the bolts usually solves the problem though.

Personally i would drive on it.
Would buy some thread locker for when it's tightened
